How can I use Collada on the Web ?

I want to know, how I can to see a 3D scene create with Collada on the Web.

For instance, with VRML there are lot of plugins. There is the same for Collada?

I am upgrading a Java importer from COLLADA 1.3 to COLLADA 1.4. I have deployed it as a desktop app but in theory you could deploy it as an applet embedded in webpage as well.
