HELP!!! before AGC... please... error when exporting 3d max

Hello all,

Ok lets get down to it. I have a character divided into several submeshes. (hands, legs, torso 1, torso 2, head1, head2, hat1, hat2, gun) each submesh has its own skin modifier. when i export it crashes max 8. now when i hide the legs it works fine. What the hell is going on here? ive tried to reskin still wont work with the legs. I would exptremely appreciate any help asap.
