INV_BIND_MATRIX questions

Hi all,

I’m loading a skinned mesh.

I’ve load the geometry and build my bones.
I’m positionning the bones only with the translate and rotate nodes in the visual scene nodes part.

I would like to know what to do with the bind poses matrice. Why these matrice are inverse matrice ? How retreive the “normal” matrice ?
