No Test Models available in Test Model Bank

When I try to download files from the Test Model Bank (anonymous) it turns out that none of them are there. The directory browser shows the available files, but upon download they are not found. When downloading a complete directory it returns a zip file with the directory structure, but without the models.

When I try to register it returns “Unable to safe captcha-image.”
