target addressing on COLLADA_DOM

Whats the easiest a way to get the element/value referenced by a target address in COLLADA_DOM?

I am thinking something similar to daeURI which resolves the referenced element with daeURI::getElement().

Actually that documentation is slightly out of date, although that code should still work fine. The updated documentation can be found in the “importing documents” section of the wiki here.
