What Rigging Toolset is currently available in COLLADA for Maya

To whom it may concern, first of all I am a Maya artist and not a programmer…

I have started a project with an ‘.ma/.mb -> HTML’ deliverable and I need to know if “COLLADA for Maya” will be able to take certain aspects of the Maya file and convert them to a file that can be used for displaying on the internet.

The aspects I am querying are: Bones, Vertex Binding (skinning), IK/FK Handles (RP/SC Solvers), Constraints, etc…

Conversely … if someone could please provide a link that would describe what exactly ‘is’ supported by COLLADA so I can begin creating a Maya file that only contains those supported functions - it would be incredibly appreciated as I am a little lost at the moment.
