I have question. Why don’t just public Vulkan API specification before drivers release? Why not publish preview version? I think people should read API before when will first drivers. I think need publish spec before driver supports.
Anyway Vulkan support will only in August-October 2016.

The drivers will be mostly ready at this point (being developed in parallel with the spec). The holdup now is most likely the spec language and various details in it (and legal issues).
Will be SWM support in Vulkan?
