is there a way to development on Ubuntu 14.04 in Virtual Box?

You can expect Oracle to roll out a driver to enable Vulkan in virtualized enviroment similiarly to how it works for OpenGL, but right now the answer is no.

Can I then, in an other way, bring the demos to run, in a virtual maschine?
