Vulkan support for Android 6 / M and Sony Xperia M5

Please provide support for android 6, especially the Sony Xperia M5 which has no Quallcomm chipset but uses the Mediatek MT6795 Helio X10, a Octa-core 2.0 Ghz Cortex-A53 CPU (ARM) and a Power VR G6200 GPU (ARM). I don't want to be left out, the M5 got very little support. It's a great phone, highly underrated. It would be awesome if you guys could do this. Thanks in advance.

The people who would be responsible for this would be either Google or the maker of your smartphone, not the Khronos Group. It is highly unlikely that Google or Sony would be willing to put forth a bunch of effort for an OS version that is no longer being supported.
