OpenGl does NOT work properly!

I got an NVIDIA Gforce 6600 pixelview ultima

My computer DOES run world of warcraft
My computer does NOT run first person shooters
(wolfenstein, counterstrike, unreal, …)
I’ve been told this is OpenGL malfunctioning.

Anybody help?

Things i tried:

  • New motherboard drivers
  • New gfxdrivers

Things i didnt try:

  • other gfx card (dont have the money)

Download and install latest Forceware display driver from http://www.nvidia.com

still not working

could it be a false windows version (had a friend who had same problem, got another windows, everything worked fine)
