Help is needed
I’m facing a difficulty during run-time using OpenGL library with microsoft visual C++ on Windows 98 operating system. The following error message was displayed during run-time.
Error Starting Program dialog box displaying the following alert message
“The OPENGL32.DLL file is linked to missing export GDI32.DLL:GdiSwapBuffers”.
