    file formats

Ok I've made and object loader that supports maya obj format files, but I want a more usable format. One thats not in ascii and one that people actually use. One preferably that allows me to make my objects in maya. One that supports animation. Does anyone have any suggestons as to a good format to use. Please dont suggest .3ds because im familiar with maya not 3ds max. unless you know of a converter that will convert other formats into 3ds. Thanks so much

    Re: file formats

I've heard that MD2 and MD3 are good formats.
