Where do you get Opengl 1.4?

Hi guys.
Where do you get Opengl 1.4 from?
I've been searching around here for some time, but the only way I found is to download GLSetup, some stuff that takes more than 100MB, which is definitely impossible for my modem connection.
Is there anywhere Opengl32.dll for OpenGL 1.4 to download?

No. But you don't need one. You can load the missing functions yourself instead. There are libraries out there that can do it for you. Just search the web.
