Perspective

Ok, I’m newbie. I’ve started using OpenGL yesterday, and I’ve got no books, manuals or somthing else about OpenGL. I use Bloodshed Dev-C++. There is an option to create new OpenGL project. Everything is fine, the triangles are drew, but in 2D view. Orthographic, I mean. What should I do to draw polygons normally, in 3D perspective?
