    Real terrain model - Newbee

I have some real height data (x,y,z) from a laser scan, Heights are for every one meter in the terrain. What OpenGL object type would be the best for illustrating this dataset. I am not interested in textures only a simple view of the elevation. I could use points, but what if a want a surface instead. Thanks Jakob

Re: Real terrain model - Newbee

By searching the list I found that one could use triangle strips for a regular distribution of data, and Delauney triangulation for a irregular distribution.
