nowhere. It doesn’t exist. You can use the extensions like everyone else does though…

that is the spec sheets for opengl 1.4. but until the video card manufacturers decides to put it into their drivers, you won’t be seeing it around.(disclaimer: i am not a pro at this so my replies might be a bit off.)
