Is there a hardware accelerated OpenGL ES implementation for the Intel 2700G? I’m intrested in porting some code we have to use with the Axim X50v.

Yes there is, the game package that is available from Dell uses OGL-ES acceleration. So if you write OGL-ES apps they should run accelerated on your Dell Axim X50v. Intel has a document available concerning the specific OGL-ES implementation.
