Open GLES applications on Windows embedded CE 6.0

I am trying to build open gles applications on windows Embedded CE 6.0 OS .In platform builder i have included an opengles subproject along with all necessary header files and library files.When i build the subproject(in Visual studio 2005) i get following errors
error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol __imp_glDeleteShader referenced in function LoadShader

i am following examples from http://opengles-book.com/downloads.html.Is there any other way to run open gles app on wince?
please help.
