My graphics card is intel and can’t support opengl 3.3. I found the mesa 18.3 could support opengl 4.5. So I download the release mesa18.3 for windows.
mesa-18.3.0-release-sfx is downloaded, it ask me the extract folder. I check the folder. There are only some dll files, eg: osmesa.dll in it.
How to install the driver or how to use it.
I check my opengl, it shows:
"Failed to open GLFW window. If you have an Intel GPU, they are not 3.3 compatible. Try the 2.1 version of the tutorials.
"
