Public extensions and add-ons on github

Some goals are reinvented by each developer. For instance a header-file which makes interaction with OpenGL better and shortens initialisation (select best device), or a better version of cl.hpp. Or porting (simple) code to other architectures to be better able to see which architecture is more for for a basic problem.

Instead of thousand reinventions of the wheel, these should be managed on github (or alike) to make better use of developers globally. Many people have tried to start such effort, but it can only succeed if actively supported by an organisation such as Khronos.

With OpenCL 2.0 it is a nice moment to tap into the possibilities of Web 2.0.
